Speaking of the minotaur it’s wild how little art of Ash I’ve uploaded to tumblr considering I have drawn him at least twice every week.
I created him but the combination of Creation Limitations/Directions + yes-and + 15 years of Minotaur-obsession makes him uniquely delightful to me. He’s almost 7 feet tall he’s built like a shit brickhouse he LOVES fish he misses his dad he’s got 90 different voices in his head and he’s the mom-friend despite it all. His hair is silly. He’s hard as hell to draw yet I do nothing but. He’s a feminist.

I’ve been woobiefying the minotaur so much there’s literally no alternative to me anymore. Just saw a “subversive” take on the Theseus myth where the Minotaur was portrayed as a kind & soft-spoken guy who only acted as a mindless monster because that’s how ppl treated him and it took me a good minute to figure out that that was the wild new take. I was like “whats subversive about it??? That’s the story??” No its not he eats people

I think I’d be more annoyed at the whole prev tags thing if I wasn’t so elated every time someone #prev’d me. Checking my notes and seeing a little #prev that’s dopamine that’s serotonin that’s the chuckle on the other side of the room when you make a joke at a party. Sure sometimes there’s 7 #prev’s in a row leading to a mid tag but I don’t mind going on a treasure hunt for jokes even if the jokes are mid I love a treasure hunt I’m Indiana Jones but a #blogger
